I wanted to work out for what to rent the room for.
For this I looked at a number of factors.

Currently units are rented out for about R7500 pm. Eg. Property 24
Renting the room...
Currently rooms are rented out for about R3200 to R3500 including water and Elec. Eg Gumtree 1 and Gumtree 2
So...
For me to ask R3300 pm seems reasonable.
Included would be the Water and Electricity.
Also included, that was not part of the adds I saw, is the internet connection.
Only additional would be, if we do decide to get, a cleaner.
