Due to recent event, I'm forced to make a decision.
I'm closing down my study (2nd bedroom) and renting it out.
This will be the first time I would be sharing a house in over 15 years.
Ideally I would want to get another furry. Ever seen my place in North Riding?
I want to continue to host Furry Braais. It is one of the reasons I bought the place.
It would be at least one thing in common. The place is not big, so its living in close proximity.
My idea is to rent the room out for R3300 p/m (in advanced) + ½ Cleaner fees if decided on. See Calculations thoughts for more info on that.
This would include internet connection. Currently I have a 10Mb/s Fiber connection. We can discuss higher speeds.
The common aria would be available to all. This would include the washing machine, fridge, media center and so on..
